Because the satisfaction of our customers is and always has been our greatest goal, in 1998 we began the process of implementation of the Quality Assurance System to service "EXPRESSO QUALIDADE - EVA/MUNDIAL TURISMO" having obtained his certification in 2000. From there, we take pride in noting a growing trend and is currently in the third round of certification according to ISO 9001.Strict compliance with this standard allows us to continuously improve, assuming to our customers with a commitment to quality and complete dedication and incorporate important management principles relating to leadership, competitiveness and involvement of employees.
In this sense, and because we believe that the certification of public transport is of increasing importance especially for continuous improvement of services provided to the population, in its demonstration of trust and commitment by an organization and management increasingly transparent and professional, we find in the process of extending this certification throughout the Company.
Quality Policy
Understanding Quality as a basis of the Company´s culture to ensure full customer satisfaction and continually improve the effectiveness of the organization, it was decided that the Quality Policy is based on the following principles:• Being competitive in relation to other means of transport (road, rail and air);
• Contribute to the social welfare ensuring sustainable mobility based on the needs and expectations of the client;
• Renewing the fleet progressively, giving coaches a greater degree of comfort, safety and more eco-efficient engines;
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services by matching supply and demand, resource rationalization and optimization methods;
• Obtain customer loyalty based on trust in the organization and increase their satisfaction;
• Train, motivate and involve all employees to improve their performance and consequent achievement of objectives. In this context, the Administration is committed to enforcing the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001:2008 and continually improve the quality management system implemented.
